Final Grammar Check
I am finishing a computer science dissertation and have started checking the final draft. I keep finding small grammar mistakes, even though I have already read each chapter many times. I am considering dissertation proofreading services, but I would like to know what other students check first. Do you look for spelling, grammar, repeated words, or unclear sentences? Is it better to check one chapter each day instead of the whole paper at once? I would love to hear about simple proofreading methods that helped you before submission.
